Domlur's RWA charges are pure daylight robbery.

Domlur — my broker is pushing this area hard, finally taking the plunge from renting. But yaar, the maintenance charges in some projects seem insane. EMI ke upar itna RWA ka kharcha, is it really justified? Not sure if the amenities even match up. What's the actual ground reality with RWA effectiveness and any hidden costs here?
