My possession was in March, and honestly, Dommasandra is kinda overrated. Everyone glorifies the future potential, but current property prices feel crazy high for what you actually get. Traffic on Sarjapur Road is a daily nightmare, yaar. And water supply? Purely tanker dependent, municipal water ka toh pata hi nahin. Log bas Metro ka hype karte hain, present reality kuch aur hi hai. Change my mind.

Exactly! I visited a project near Aavalahalli and the sales guy kept pushing the 'future development' but didn't have clear answers on water connection. It's all just talk, no ground reality for us end-users.
