Dommasandra project delay – is this normal for Bangalore?

Honestly, I'm seriously regretting my under-construction investment. Mera Windsor Builders ka flat Dommasandra mein, which was promised for Q4 2024 possession, is nowhere near completion. OC ka toh abhi tak koi update nahi hai. Initial pre-launch discount ke chakkar mein pad gaya, but ab double burden hai – EMI bhi jaa rahi hai aur rent bhi pay kar raha hoon. This delay is completely messing up my financial planning and expected ROI. Anyone else facing such issues with builders in Bangalore? Should I have just gone for ready-to-move, even with the higher premium?
