Flats are available for immediate registry and move-in. Total units 42 hain, so it's a smaller community. Don't worry too much about that specific date if you're looking at ready units.
Totally agree with U3. My friend booked a flat in Ajayabpur, the builder kept giving excuses for 2 years even after 'completion'. Saraswati Executive Home ka naam maine pehle zyada suna nahi hai. Builder ka naam kya hai?

Society ka vibe toh generally accha hi hai. Family-friendly lagta hai. Log milte-julte rehte hain.

Swimming pool ka pani kitna clean rehta hai, gym equipment working condition mein hain ya nahi. Aur ek baat, project toh 'COMPLETED' dikha raha hai, but possession date 2025-10-01 mention ki hai. Yeh kya scene hai? Koi naya phase hai ya fir final handover delays ka chakkar hai?
Schools ke liye toh Alpha II Greater Noida mein kafi options hain, like DPS and Ryan. Saraswati Executive Home se commuting zyada issue nahi hona chahiye. But haan, cross-check kar lena ki school bus service wahan tak aati hai ya nahi. Kids ke liye play area aur security ka bhi dekh lena.
