Big Block South City 2 — finally checking this one out, fed up of renting. Price range seems okay for a completed project. But daily living ke liye genuinely acha hai, ya bas paper pe? Finally looking seriously at buying, aur sach kahun toh renting se toh pak chuka hoon. Big Block South City 2 dekha hai online, 'completed project' dikha raha hai aur price range (₹2.9 Cr – ₹3.7 Cr) bhi theek lag rahi hai for that area. But I need a reality check. Daily living ke liye genuinely acha hai, ya bas paper pe? Amenities ka reality check kya hai? Pool, gym, clubhouse... kitne actually use hote hain? Aur community vibe kaisi hai wahan ki?
