Noida Sector 75 – I'm so done with renting, landlord raised rent again. Finally taking the plunge, EMI vs rent makes sense. Looking at DM Infra. What’s the actual power backup like there? Full flat or just common areas? And water supply, is it reliable, or always tanker-dependent? Also, how are their elevators in daily use?
