Done with renting, is Basai the spot?

My lease ends in 3 months and I'm finally looking to buy. Basai seems interesting, but are prices for a 2BHK there justified, or is it inflated? What's the real appreciation potential in 3-5 years?

Basai? Hmm, location toh theek hai but appreciation ka pata nahi. I heard prices shot up recently without much development. Kya lagta hai, is it worth the hype for a 2BHK?

U1, appreciation potential Basai mein thoda risky hai abhi. My cousin bought a 2BHK there 2 years ago for 45L, now it's barely 50L. Compare that to projects on Airport Road, where appreciation is much faster due to commercial hubs. Basai
