Are the promised amenities in Noida Extension projects actually worth the premium? I'm finally taking the plunge after years of renting, doing the EMI vs rent math, and looking at places like Mahagun Mywoods. My main concern is long-term. Worried about maintenance costs if construction quality isn't great. Does poor build mean lower resale value and harder tenant attraction later? Brochures show amazing clubhouses and green spaces, but are these actually well-maintained after a year or two? Or just ghost facilities that add to maintenance charges? Dekho, every project has its pros and cons. Mahagun Mywoods is a large society with a lot of amenities, which is great for families. But with 6131 units, managing such a scale is tough. You might find some blocks better maintained than others. It's a risk vs reward thing. Visit multiple times, at different times of the day.
As a first-time buyer, my biggest fear is getting stuck with a property that loses value. If Mahagun Mywoods' construction isn't solid, and amenities are neglected, wouldn't that impact resale? Noida Extension already has so many projects, competition is fierce.
