Are those all-in costs builders quote actually real in Gurugram? I'm finally done with renting, my landlord just hiked rent again. Looking at BPTP projects around Sector 57 for a 3BHK. Trying to understand the *real* total cost of acquisition beyond just the base price. What hidden charges pop up at possession? And for investors, is a construction-linked payment plan always smarter, or does it just tie up funds longer?
