Okay, I'll be honest — I'm seriously frustrated with the construction quality at Big Block South City 2. We moved in last year, and now there's seepage in the master bedroom wall, and kitchen fittings feel super flimsy. It's not what they showed us. Maintenance charges are high, but service feels slow. Anyone else facing these issues after a year? Did you get them fixed properly?

Oh no, yaar! This is exactly what I'm scared of with new projects. South City 2 waalon ka naam toh theek tha, but seepage after just one year? Shocking for a project in that ₹2.9 Cr – ₹3.7 Cr price range.
