Downsizing after 40 years, Gurugram pe advice chahiye

Downsizing after all these years feels like a bigger decision than buying our first home. Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place. Looking for a manageable 2BHK flat. Suncity Vatsal Valley Independent Floors 1 dekh raha tha. Construction quality ka kya haal hai wahan? Friends bolte hain ki after a year, cracks aur seepage issues aate hain. Maintenance charges bhi bahut high lagte hain, but service kaisi hai? Is it worth it for the peace of mind? Any experiences?
