Downsizing dilemma: Ansal Aastha Mig Zone questions

Honestly, I thought downsizing would be simpler now that the kids have moved out. We're looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone in Rajkot. We want something manageable, good society, and definitely an elevator. For anyone living there, how are the common amenities *actually* holding up? Is the maintenance reasonable for what you get? More importantly, is the community vibe friendly for an older couple like us, or is it quite isolated?

Ansal? Bhai, Ansal ke projects ka track record utna achha nahi raha hai past mein. Rajkot mein bhi kuch issues sune the, khaas kar finishing aur delivery delays ko lekar. Better check the RERA status very carefully, UPRERAPRJ5670 toh hai, but completion ke baad bhi quality issues aate hain. Maintenance ka toh pata nahi par builder se seedha deal karna mushkil ho sakta hai agar kuch problem aayi toh.
