Downsizing from GK to Dwarka: My reality check

After kids moved out last year, we decided to downsize from our big GK house. CGHS Mayfair Apartment in Dwarka looks good for a manageable home. But, amenities reality check chahiye; is their society well-maintained, like the gym and park? Construction quality bhi important hai, plaster cracks ya seepage issues toh nahi? For a peaceful retired life, these things matter. Any resident experiences?
