When checking out places like Omaxe Celestia Royal, I've started asking about actual construction quality, not just brochure promises. Is the clubhouse really used, or just a ghost facility? Sahi kaha aapne, OP. Hum bhi Omaxe ke projects dekh rahe hain New Chandigarh mein, but construction quality aur hidden charges ka darr laga rehta hai. Inka RERA number toh hai, but kya woh guarantee hai good quality ki?
Exactly! This is my biggest fear as a first-time buyer. Builders ki glossy brochures toh sab achi hoti hain, but actual quality ka kya? Omaxe Celestia Royal mein bhi yahi doubt hai. Lagta hai sirf naam ka Royal hai.
