Downsizing in Gurugram: Why does less space cost more?

Kids moved out, don't need this big place. Looking at Sector 89A, but this super area trap is infuriating. Builders just openly inflate numbers now? My old Gurugram place felt bigger. Change my mind.

Bhai, you're not alone! This super area fraud is real. My brother faced the same issue in a project near Dwarka Expressway. They show you one thing on paper, actual space feels so much smaller. It's infuriating. Lagta hai ab builders ka naya tareeka hai lootne ka.
