Kids have moved out, and we're looking to downsize from our big house to a manageable 2BHK in Mohali, maybe around Sector 88B. Honestly, don't need such a big place anymore. We're looking at something like ₹1.5 Cr budget, but I'm confused about the 'all-in' cost. Builder quotes sound good, par pata nahi kya-kya hidden charges baad mein aate hain. Stamp duty, registration ke alawa, yeh PLC, parking, maintenance fund... kitna extra lag jaata hai? Next Generation Projects Pvt Ltd jaise builders ke saath kya experience raha hai logon ka? Sunte hain possession ke time bahut unplanned costs aa jaate hain. Koi tips hain kaise yeh sab pehle se figure out karein? Yaar, surprise charges se bachna hai. Hope this helps someone else too.
