Downsizing in Noida: Antara or PKS Town Central?
Considering Antara after selling our bigger house. Kids have moved out, don't need such a big place anymore. Is it worth the higher price compared to PKS Town Central? Honestly not sure about the maintenance charges in Antara though, heard it can be quite high. PKS is ready to move, which is a plus. Anyone compared the hospital proximity for both? Want something manageable in retirement. What's the resale value like if I need to sell later? Any thoughts?

PKS Town Central mein units kaise hain? Size aur layout wise? Antara mein toh 344 units hain, kaafi exclusive lagta hai. But agar maintenance high hai toh woh ek constant headache hai. Retirement ke liye peaceful jagah chahiye, not a money pit of monthly expenses.
Dekho, Antara ke prices sunke toh mera dil baith gaya. Humne bhi kuch saal pehle Alpha I Greater Noida mein ek flat dekha tha, builder ne itne promises kiye, but delivery mein 2 saal late ho gaya aur amenities bhi promised nahi mili. Noida mein projects bahut attractive lagte hain, but hidden costs aur delays ka darr hamesha rehta hai. Isliye PKS jaisa ready-to-move option better lagta hai for peace of mind.
Resale value ka point bahut important hai. Noida mein projects itne saare hain, future mein agar bechna pade toh kya Antara ki value hold karegi at that price point? Aur hospital proximity ka bhi batao, specially for seniors. Kaunsa project Max ya Fortis ke paas hai? Managing health needs is a priority in retirement.

PKS Town Central bhi Greater Noida West mein hai, wahan bhi kai hospitals hain like Yatharth Hospital, which is quite close. Connectivity dono ki theek hai for medical needs.
Resale value Antara ki tabhi achhi hogi agar location aur amenities top-notch hon. Noida mein abhi market thoda over-supplied hai, toh premium properties bhi struggle karti hain sometimes.
