Downsizing in Noida: Sector 48 or Greater Noida?

Kids have moved out, so I'm selling our big house. Don't need such a big place anymore, want something manageable with an elevator and close to a good hospital. Resale of existing property is almost done, so need to decide quick. I'm looking at Sector 48 – seems convenient, but property rates are high. Alternatively, Greater Noida is cheaper, but further out. Specifically, Bayaweaver Ltd has projects in both areas that fit my budget after resale. Not sure if the slightly lower price in Greater Noida is worth the extra commute for doctor visits. Is it worth paying the premium for Sector 48's location and amenities, or should I stretch my savings a bit more? What does the community think?
