Downsizing in Noida — society mein sukoon milega?
Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big house anymore. Thinking of selling and buying a smaller flat in Noida. I'm looking at Panchsheel Pratishtha since it's ready to move. But Unnati Vesta Suites is cheaper. Is ready to move worth the extra cost, ya phir thoda risk leke Unnati Vesta Suites dekhu? Carpet area kitna milta hai actually, brochure mein toh bahut dikhate hai. Old age mein lift toh chahiye hi chahiye. Hospital nazdeek hona bhi important hai. Builder ka track record sahi hona chahiye. Any thoughts or experiences? Which one would you recommend for someone old like me?

Aapki baat bilkul sahi hai. Downsizing toh theek hai, but old age mein sukoon sabse important hai. Ready-to-move ka tension hi alag hota hai, khaas kar jab possession ki dates aage badhti rehti hain. Panchsheel Pratishtha agar ready hai, toh usmein peace of mind milega. Unnati Vesta Suites ka risk lena thoda mushkil lag raha hai.
