Downsizing in Noida - where would you put your money?
**Vardhman Camellias seems better for resale**, right? I'm selling my big house, kids have moved out, and I don't need such a big place anymore. Looking at something manageable, maybe 2BHK. Soni Hardik Tower is ready to move, less risk, but Camellias seems to have more open space. Maintenance charges matter a lot to me. Honestly not sure about Greater Noida though. Which project would you pick considering resale and maintenance?

Yaar, Camellias for resale? Thoda doubt hai. 2017 ka possession hai, market abhi utna strong nahi hai Greater Noida mein. Maintenance bhi sunne mein aaya hai ki high hota hai aise projects mein. Soni Hardik RTM hai toh risk kam hai, but open space ka kya karein jab resale value hi na mile?
Sahi kaha bhai, resale ka tension sabse zyada hai. Pehle ghar bech ke phir naya lena, bahut badi baat hai.
