Downsizing in Rajkot: What *actually* gets used?

Rajkot - Ansal Aastha Mig Zone keeps coming up. We're downsizing, kids are out, so don't need a big place. I'm curious about the green spaces. Are they truly open and peaceful, or just a token? Is the clubhouse actually used? Want a good society, not just pretty photos.
