Rents in Sector 49 are just insane now. Kids are gone, we're selling our big house. But finding a decent small 2BHK to rent feels impossible. Is buying a compact flat finally better than paying these high rents?

I hear you, rents are crazy. But with interest rates so high, is buying *really* cheaper in the long run for a 2BHK? I'm a first-time buyer and the EMI calculations
Totally agree! Sector 49 rents are out of control. We're also seeing this trend. My landlord increased rent by 15% last month, saying demand is super high. Buying a compact 2BHK is looking more and more appealing even with the current market rates.
