Downsizing to Alok Vihar II, need ground reality check

Alok Vihar II — been looking at this project for a smaller place. Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big house anymore. Selling the old one. Is this place actually good for daily living, ya bas on paper acha lagta hai? Especially interested in the maintenance charges and nearby hospitals. Society ka vibe kaisa hai? Want something manageable, you know.
