posted on 11 MayDownsizing to Ansal Aastha, what's the real daily life like?
Looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone in Rajkot as we're selling our big house, kids have moved out. Don't need such a huge place anymore, want something manageable and low maintenance. The 1BHKs are around ₹29-30L. Is it genuinely good for daily living? I'm really keen on the society and community vibe; is it friendly or more isolated? Also, what are the monthly maintenance charges like? We need an elevator and good hospital proximity. Are the listed amenities actually useful, or just for show? Honestly not sure if it's the right fit for our pre-retirement years. Any current residents can share their honest experiences?
