Downsizing to Elevate: Is it actually practical?

Kids have moved out, so I'm selling our big house and looking for something manageable. Conscient Hines Elevate sab bolte hain prime location hai, but that carpet area for ₹5+ Cr? Honestly, it feels so inefficient. Matlab, is it even practical daily for someone downsizing, ya bas fancy on paper hai? Change my mind.
