Downsizing to Emaar Premier: Is it the right fit?

Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices, but now with the kids moved out, we're serious about downsizing. Emaar Emerald Floors Premier (₹3.10 Cr–₹3.60 Cr) seems like a good option. We don't need a huge place, just a manageable 3BHK. My main question is about actual livability – is the apartment layout practical for daily life, not just for show? Also, what's the community vibe like there? Is it friendly for seniors, or more isolated? And how are nearby hospitals or clinics for convenience? We're selling our big house and want a genuinely good, low-maintenance home. What's your experience?
