Downsizing to Gitanjali: Honest opinions needed

Kids moved out 5 years ago, now selling our big house and looking for something manageable. Gitanjali Apartments, New Delhi, looks promising. But I'm wondering, is it genuinely a good place to live daily? Yaar, society ka vibe kaisa hai? Maintenance charges kya rehte hain, bilkul low cost chahiye. Aur nearby hospitals kaise hain? Any real experiences?

Gitanjali Apartments? I also saw it online and the pictures look great for downsizing. But honestly, I've heard absolutely nothing about it on the ground, no buzz at all. Is it actually ready for possession, ya sirf paper pe hai? Kahi koi scam toh nahi hai, especially with our hard-earned retirement money? And the original poster mentioned low maintenance, which is a big concern for us first-time buyers too. Any real experiences with their society management?
