Honestly, downsizing after kids moved out is tougher than I thought. Humara bada ghar ab bas bohot zyaada lagta hai. Signature Global Golf Green completed hai, toh soch raha hoon wahan dekhun. Seniors ke liye daily life kaisa hai wahan? Matlab, society ka vibe friendly hai ya sab apne-apne mein rehte hain? Aur maintenance charges kya chal rahe hain? Elderly parents ke liye hospital ya markets paas mein hain kya? Carpet area practical hai ya sab walls hi hain? Resale value toh theek hai, but daily comfort zyada important hai ab. Koi rehta hai wahan toh please batao.

Bhai, downsizing is a real struggle, I feel you. Signature Global Golf Green is completed, that's a plus point. But Signature Global ka track record mixed hai. Price range ₹42 L – ₹75 L for a compact unit also seems a bit high for 'downsizing', especially considering the location. Have you checked other options around Badshahpur?
U1, price range ₹42 L – ₹75 L is actually quite competitive for a completed project in Gurugram right now, especially with current market
