Visited CGEWHO Group's Inspire Bharat Apartment last week. Downsizing, kids moved out. RERA registration aur builder ka legal track record kaise check karein? Any red flags for older projects in Greater Noida?

CGEWHO Group ke Inspire Bharat ke alawa, koi aur project ya builder hai Greater Noida mein jo thoda reliable ho aur budget-friendly bhi? Downsizing hai, but quality se compromise nahi karna chahta.
