Is Mahira Homes 88B's full flat power backup real, or just common areas? We're downsizing, need a truly manageable home without constant power issues.

Dekho, Mahira ka toh pata nahi, but mere friend ne ek dusre builder ke project mein liya tha near Airport Road (Gurgaon side). Unhone bhi full power backup bola tha, but possession ke baad pata chala it
Same question here! Hum bhi budget mein dekh rahe hain aur Mahira 88B ki location theek lag rahi thi. But agar power backup reliable nahi hai, toh it's a deal-breaker. Is price range mein sab kuch milna mushkil hai, but basic utilities toh honi chahiye na?

For a true full backup, you're looking at much higher maintenance charges and often a higher project cost. Mahira 88B is affordable housing, so they cut corners somewhere. Check the RERA documents for exact specifications, don't just rely on marketing.
Bhai, Mahira ka track record dekh lo pehle. Most affordable housing projects near Basai ya Badshahpur struggle with this. Full flat backup is a big claim at this price point (₹28 L).
Totally agree! Power backup is a huge deal for me too. Builders promise a lot but deliver little sometimes.
