Downsizing to SBR Keerthi, need honest opinions

Big homes are just maintenance headaches after kids leave. SBR Keerthi looks okay for us empty nesters, but amenities ka kya? Pool aur gym toh dikhte hain, par actually usable kitne hain? Aur maintenance charges kitne aate hain monthly? Hospital kitna paas hai? Real resident feedback on daily living needed.

SBR Keerthi? Price range toh 1.1 Cr – 1.7 Cr dikha raha hai. Empty nesters ke liye bhi itna budget? Hum jaise first-time buyers ke liye toh bahut high hai. Aur possession date 2023-07-01 hai, but project ONGOING hai. Matlab delay ho gaya na? First-time buyer hoon, yeh sab sunke aur darr lagta hai. Kya yeh builder time pe deliver karta hai?
