Downsizing to Sector 129: Seeking real resident experiences

Sector 129 keeps coming up in my property search. My kids have moved out, so we're looking to downsize from our big house to a smaller, more manageable flat. I'm keen to understand the actual resident life there. For those living in Sector 129, how is the RWA effectiveness and are the maintenance charges reasonable?
