posted on 15 MayDownsizing to Signature Global: Reality check?
₹75 lakh for a 2BHK at Signature Global Andour Heights seems okay, but I'm trying to figure out the *real* daily life there. Kids have moved out, so we need something smaller, low-maintenance, with a good society. I'm especially keen to know about their actual amenities, like the lift service and common areas – are they well-kept ya bas dikhawe ke liye hain? Nearby hospitals ka accessibility kitna sahi hai? Any tips on how to check these things before buying into a completed project, beyond just the sales team? Hope this helps someone looking to downsize.

Dekho, the original poster is right to ask about the 'real' daily life. Amenities ka dikhawa sab karte hain. The best way to check is to visit during off-peak hours, talk to the security guards, and if possible, some residents. Try to find a resident welfare association (RWA) contact. For hospitals, physically drive the route during rush hour. Don't rely on Google Maps or sales folks. It's 980 units, so society life will be mixed,
Hospital access is super important, especially when downsizing for retirement. Has anyone actually checked the distance and quality of hospitals nearby? The sales team just points to maps. Also, with current market conditions in Gurugram, is ₹75L a good deal for a completed project or should one wait?
Gurugram market abhi bhi tight hai, especially for ready-to-move properties. ₹75L for a 2BHK is on the higher side of their overall price range (₹48L-₹95L), but for a completed project, it's not entirely unreasonable given the current rates. The key is to negotiate hard on the final price and check for any hidden charges. Don't rush into it just because it's ready.
Fortis is not too far from Andour Heights, maybe 20-25 mins drive depending on traffic. Medanta bhi accessible hai.
Yaar, I visited Andour Heights last year. The RERA number 12 is correct, and they did complete it on time, which is rare for many builders these days. The common areas looked decent, but I agree, sales team ke dikhawe pe mat jaana. Best to talk to current residents. My brother-in-law lives in a Signature Global project near Airport Road and says the amenities are okay, but lifts sometimes act up.
Good to know about the RERA and timely completion. But what about the actual crowd? Is it mostly families or bachelors? My main concern is society vibe for downsizing, we want a peaceful environment.
Lifts acting up is a common complaint with many builders. Sahi baat hai, always check that properly.
₹75L for a 2BHK in Signature Global, that too Andour Heights? Thoda expensive nahi lag raha? I heard their maintenance is a big issue post-possession. My friend bought near Badshahpur and regrets it due to hidden charges. Just be careful.
