Downsizing to SKA Metro Ville: Reality check?

After 30 years in our big house, kids are gone. We're eyeing SKA Metro Ville, Greater Noida, for a smaller, manageable flat. It's completed, which is good. But I'm curious about the actual project delivery experience. What did buyers find after moving in? Was the carpet area efficient for daily living, or did it feel cramped? What are the real maintenance charges like? We need a good society, hospital proximity. Build quality, community vibe are critical now.

SKA Metro Ville? Hmm, completed toh hai but builder ka track record dekh lo ek baar. Sometimes 'completed' doesn't mean problem-free handover. My cousin faced issues in another project in Greater Noida where they kept delaying finishing touches for months post-possession. Price range ₹89 L – ₹1.6 Cr sounds okay for Greater Noida, but check the actual per sqft rate for what you're really getting.
