Downtown 66: Carpet area feels so small
Since January I've been shortlisting flats, and Downtown 66 is on my list. But honestly, for 5 Cr+, the carpet area feels so small, yaar. Brochure mein sab bada lagta hai, but actual visit mein it's like kahan gaya space? Is it just me, or are builders cutting corners on usable area? Doesn't feel like a proper home. Change my mind.
