But agar ongoing project mein hi itni problem hai, aur possession date itni door hai, toh naye projects ka kya haal hoga? Lagta hai ready-to-move hi lena padega, bhale hi thoda mehnga mile.

5.2 Cr for a first home? Mera toh budget hi hil gaya sunke. Construction quality toh baad ki baat hai. Itna paisa kaun afford karta hai yaar?

And the price range is 5.2 Cr to 5.8 Cr for 504 units. Is it possible you're referring to a different phase or a different builder entirely? Because 'just moved in' doesn't align with these facts at all, it's still very much an ongoing project.

Yaar, OP ki frustration toh samajh mein aati hai. Gurgaon mein construction quality ka scene bahut kharab hai. Mera friend Airport Road ke paas ek project mein phas gaya hai, 3 saal late ho gaya hai aur finish bhi average hai. Builders bas paisa nikaalte hain aur quality pe compromise karte hain. Ye high maintenance charges wala point bhi common hai, they promise the world and deliver dirt. It's a real headache for first-time buyers like us.
