The possession experience for Downtown 66 has been a nightmare, honestly. I'm an empty nester, sold our big place thinking this would be a smooth move to something manageable. But the hidden charges they're asking for at possession for things like PLC or club membership are just ridiculous. We were shown one thing in the brochure, now they're demanding extra lakhs. It's absolutely not what we signed up for. Is anyone else facing this with Downtown 66 in Sohna? What did you do? We need a place with good society, near a hospital, and low maintenance, but this is adding so much stress. Should we fight it or just pay up? I don't want to get stuck.
