Downtown 66 site visit: Empty nester's dilemma

Visited Downtown 66 last weekend. My wife and I are empty nesters; kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house and want something manageable. On paper, it looks good, ₹5.17 Cr–₹5.77 Cr is a lot, but is it genuinely good for daily living? Are those fancy amenities actually useful or just for show? What about monthly maintenance, kitna pay karna padta hai? And nearby hospitals, accessibility kaisi hai? Any experience, please share.
