₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Dwarka Sector 12 – that's what DPB Buildwell quoted. I'm finally fed up of renting, looking to buy. My budget is around that for a 3BHK. Honestly, not sure how much negotiation works here in Delhi. Can you actually knock off a good percentage, or is it just marginal? Also, what about hidden costs? Like, beyond stamp duty and registration, what else pops up at possession? Don't want any surprises after committing to the EMI.
