Sector 33 mein, just moved in last month to a DPL Builders project. Things nobody told me: PLC charges are insane! They said it's park facing, but honestly it's just a small patch. Extra ₹2 lakhs mang rahe hain for something so small. Anyone else faced this? What did you do?
