Visited Dream Shyam City last week. Everyone talks about the low prices, but honestly, I'm not convinced. My current 2BHK in Sector 10 feels more spacious than their listed 3BHK layouts. Carpet area efficiency lagti nahi, bas naam ka 'upgrade' hai. Matlab, are they just selling small boxes for the price? Change my mind.

Totally agree with the original post! Maine bhi dekha tha Dream Shyam City. Carpet area ke naam pe they are selling air, lagta hai. My friend said his 2BHK in Alpha I Greater Noida feels bigger than their 3BHK!
