Be careful with Dreamhome Heritage Max. The RERA number is GGM/276/2018/08. Project was completed on time (possession 2020-12-01), but I've heard issues with water pressure and some structural cracks in a few flats. My friend lives in a nearby project in Badshahpur and faced similar issues with a different builder. Parking is definitely not a lottery, it's allocated but sometimes visitors park where they shouldn't.

Small community can be good for security, but sometimes maintenance charges high ho jaate hain for fewer units. Plus, Gurugram mein abhi market thoda overvalued lag raha hai, especially for completed projects like this. ₹2.6 Cr is a big commitment.
