Budget finalised, loan pre-approved for a 3BHK in Delhi, but Dreamkey Infra's calculations are giving me a headache. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Dwarka, thinking of upgrading to Vasant Kunj Enclave. Builders list a 'super area' for a 3BHK that sounds great, but carpet area mein itna farak kaise ho sakta hai? It feels like a total trap. They quote 1.8 Cr base price, but then add stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, aur pata nahi kya kya. Is it even possible to get a clear, all-in cost breakdown upfront? Yaar, yeh super area ka game kitna real hai? Aur hidden charges se kaise bachein? Any advice on how much extra to factor in for a 3BHK in this range beyond the base price? Bahut frustration ho rahi hai.
