Bhai, ye Dridha Elite ka RERA Not Applicable dekh ke hi darr lag raha hai. Aajkal bina RERA ke project mein haath daalna matlab khud ke pair pe kulhadi maarna hai. Builder bolte kuch hain aur karte kuch. Possession date bhi 2025-12-01 hai, abhi se itna lamba wait aur upar se RERA bhi nahi. Super area toh chodho, yahan toh basic trust ka issue hai. Kya lagta hai, ismein invest karna safe hai?
