Dridha Elite vs Experion Elements: Which offers better ROI?
Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Dridha Elite is cheaper, but Experion Elements ka location better hai. Not sure about carpet area efficiency in either. Which one would give better rental returns? Or 5-year appreciation? What does the community think? Help me decide!

Bhai, Dridha Elite ka RERA Not Applicable dekh ke thoda tension ho raha hai. Upcoming project hai aur RERA nahi hai, risky nahi lag raha? Mera friend ka ek project aise hi फंस गया था.
Totally agree! RERA is a must, especially for first-time buyers. My cousin invested in a project near Ajayabpur a few years back, builder kept delaying, citing 'approvals' but actually RERA registration was pending. Paisa block ho gaya pura. Dridha Elite ka price attractive
