Dridha Elite ya Hark Sai? Samajh nahi aa raha!
Since January I've been checking out Dridha Elite and Hark Sai Group. Hark Sai is cheaper, obviously. But is it worth the risk? Dridha seems safer in terms of builder reputation. My parents keep saying 'sasta roye baar baar'. Change my mind? Which one for long-term appreciation, guys?

Bina RERA ke toh bilkul mat lo. Kal ko koi problem hui toh kahan jaoge? Govt ne RERA banaya hi isliye hai ki buyers safe rahen.
U5, Hark Sai ka project Ajayabpur ke paas hai, Greater Noida West mein. RERA number unke sales reps ne bataya ki 'process mein hai' ya 'jaldi aa jayega'. Personally, I didn't find any official RERA registration for Hark Sai Group projects online. Be careful.
Mai toh bolunga Dridha ke saath jao. Mera ek relative hai, usne bhi saste ke chakkar mein ek chhota builder ke project mein invest kar diya tha Alpha-II Commercial Belt ke paas. Aaj 5 saal ho gaye, possession ka naam nahi. Builder ne date pe date di hai. Dridha ka track record toh hai. Long-term appreciation ke liye builder ka credibility bahut matter karta hai, sirf price nahi.
Dridha Elite 'safer' kaise hai agar RERA Not Applicable hai? Ye toh bahut bada red flag hai! Har naye project ka RERA registration hona chahiye. Is it normal for UPCOMING projects to not have a RERA number? Please clarify, this makes me nervous.
U8 is right. RERA NA is a big concern. Mere ek dost ne Alistonia Estate ke paas ek project mein invest kiya tha jo RERA registered nahi tha. Builder ne beech mein hi kaam rok diya aur paisa phans gaya. Always check RERA. Noida mein market conditions waise bhi tight hain, delays common hain. Why take extra risk?
U3, RERA Not Applicable ka matlab generally hota hai ki project abhi pre-launch phase mein hai ya approval process mein hai. Jab tak RERA number nahi aata, builder officially bookings ya major payments nahi le sakta. Dridha Elite UPCOMING hai, toh ho sakta hai RERA abhi pending ho. But still, bina RERA ke invest karna risky hai, especially for first-time buyers. Builder ke past projects ka RERA status check kar lena chahiye.
Dridha ki reputation toh better hai, no doubt. Hark Sai ka naam pehle kabhi suna nahi. Sasta mil raha hai matlab kuch toh catch hoga. Parents ki baat suno, 'sasta roye baar baar'.

Mera budget tight hai yaar, ₹32 L – ₹50 L mein Dridha Elite ka bas starting range hi mil raha hai. Parents ki baat toh sahi hai, but first-time buyer ke liye har rupaya count karta hai. Kya karein?
Site visit pe zyada bharosa mat karo U7. Mere friend ne Alpha I Greater Noida mein ek project book kiya tha, sasta mil raha tha. Builder ne promises bade-bade kiye, but possession date 2 saal extend ho gayi! Ab tak ghar nahi mila. Saste ke chakkar mein quality aur commitment compromise ho jaati hai. Experience se bol raha hoon, don't rush into anything just for a lower price.
Haan U6, I did a site visit for Hark Sai last month. Location Ajayabpur ke paas hai, connectivity theek hai but construction pace thoda slow laga. Aur sales team bahut pushy thi, laga jaise jaldi se book karwa dein. Dridha Elite ka toh abhi UPCOMING hai, toh site pe zyada kuch dikha nahi hoga.
Same here U1! Budget ki wajah se Hark Sai ki taraf ja raha hoon. Dridha Elite ka toh 2025-12-01 possession hai, abhi bahut time hai. Hark Sai ka site visit kiya hai kisi ne? Kaisa laga?
