Dridha Homes ka brochure bohot attractive lagta hai, but is the daily living experience actually good? I'm in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there. What's the society ka community vibe like? And amenities, kitne useful hain daily life mein? Is the price jump for a 3BHK worth it for the actual quality of life?

Bhai, Dridha Homes ka brochure toh sabka attractive hota hai. But have you checked their RERA status? 'Rera Not Applicable' dikha raha hai, which is a huge red flag for me as a first-time buyer. Small projects bhi RERA mein aate hain ab. Is it even safe to invest without that protection? My budget is tight, I can't risk it.
