Dridha Homes or Ajnara Daffodil – is the price difference justified?
Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75. Thinking of upgrading. Ajnara Daffodil mein flats are massive, but the price! Dridha Homes is way more affordable. Is the price jump worth it for the space, ya phir Dridha is a better deal overall? What about resale value down the line? I'm already paying an EMI, so I don't want any possession delays. Anyone has experience with either builder? I'm honestly not sure what to do.

Yaar, Ajnara Daffodil completed project hai, usmein possession delay ka tension nahi hai. 2018 ka possession hai. My cousin bought a 3BHK there and it's huge, no doubt
Ajnara Daffodil ka price sunke toh mera budget hil gaya bhai. Dridha Homes kaafi reasonable lag raha hai. But is Ajnara worth the stretch for the space, ya phir Dridha is a better deal overall? Resale ka bhi tension hai.
