Dridha Homes vs Supertech Renesa - which is safer?

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck deciding between Dridha Homes and Supertech Renesa in Noida. Honestly not sure which is the better bet. I know Supertech has had issues with delays in the past, which makes me nervous. Dridha Homes is ongoing, but the price point of ₹30-45L is tempting. Is it worth the risk though? Anyone have experience with either? Which one gives you more usable space? I'm also thinking about resale value down the line. Which one would be easier to sell if I need to move in a few years? My parents keep saying to go with a builder with a solid track record. Ab samajh nahi aa raha. Any advice?
