My current house is getting too much to manage, so we're seriously looking at Dridha Prime in Noida. Kids have moved out, don't need such a big place anymore. I'm wondering about the actual livability there for someone like us. Is it genuinely a good home? Also, what about the amenities? Are they well-maintained and actually useful daily, like the elevators and common areas? And what are the typical monthly maintenance charges? We're hoping for a friendly society vibe too. Any residents can share their experience?

Dridha Prime? Bhai, be very careful. 'Rera Not Applicable' aur 'Possession 2025' for a 'COMPLETED' project? Yeh toh seedha red flag hai! Builder ka koi bharosa nahi hota, especially without RERA. My friend got stuck in a similar situation near Ajayabpur.
Exactly! Jab RERA hi nahi hai toh trust kaise karein? Hum jaise first-time buyers ke liye toh budget bhi tight hota hai.
